Introduction

PropSpace Manager is one PropSpace Enterprise Software B2B product from JRD Group before it was acquired by Property Finder. I was brought on board to lead the redesign of their enterprise software. Furthermore, leveraging my strong graphic design experience, I helped the company with its visual marketing requirements.

The Client

PropSpace is a leading SaaS provider for real estate professionals, offering comprehensive and user-friendly software solutions. Its software is designed to help agents and brokers manage their businesses more efficiently, with features such as property management, CRM, marketing automation, reporting and analytics.

The Problem

Real estate agents and property managers are frequently on the move and need to stay on top of administrative tasks even while conducting property inspections on-site. The existing desktop CRM fails to assist agents and managers effectively in their day-to-day requirements. One of their biggest pain points is the manual on-site inspection process.

My Role

Working in a startup company, I was responsible for various creative needs of the company. However, my main focus was to support the product team to develop new features and redesign or improve the current user interface of their enterprise software and mobile application responding to the demands of the end-users.

I conducted user interviews and testing to collect data. Developed workflows, wireframes and high fidelity prototypes for mobile and desktop applications.

I create newsletter and digital marketing collaterals for every new feature release and updates.

The Process

I collaborated with the Product Manager and stakeholders to identify our clients major pain points on using PropSpace Manager software. Validated the problem with supporting data. After receiving the defined scope of the project, research and benchmarking, I presented the wireframes in lo-fi to gather feedbacks from stakeholders and to confirm all design decisions I made. With the medium fidelity prototype, I conducted a research to validate the usability of the app. Finalised the prototype in high fidelity designs, prepared the UI assets and handed over to developers.
